O'z Ark

Reach For the Sky and Do it NOW

Why You Have Come Here

If you have arrived here seeking sanctity or blessing, then you will have to provide your own cloak and dagger. I only confess to the daily struggle to treat the world with the respect it has earned in my estimation. We all look to the sky and wonder. I feel the whisper of the ages calling and know not what flutter or ripple calls true. My approach is to touch your life in only the manner in which you prefer. As we all must suffer at some time, then I feel we all deserve, also, the right to laugh. My smile is my weapon, and at times my words also I use to defend.

A Mom and Pop Operation

I have posted these pics of my parents on this blog instead of "Oh, Captain" the family blog because you need to see how happy being stewards of the earth make my parents, especially my father. He has been honored for his natural methods of clearing-well, semi-natural, as he does use a few ingredients that might cause the unwanted trees some indigestion. But mom and dad carefully tend their 400 acre farm which technically makes it part of O'z Ark. On this particular day, I had gone with them to view the area that they had carefully sculpted and cleared with a cooperative effort between themselves and Matt Foster on the bull dozer. Everything is designed fort the best drainage and erosion control as only an engineer such as dad would provide. Their clearings and pastures have the appearance of parks and hunting grounds in England. Everyone needs goals and plans that will take hundreds of years to fulfill. This, in my mind, promotes the activation of those slivers of joy that make each day full of wonder and push, the push to go on, the push to mold your legacy as my parents have on the Republican Rd. in Fulton County.
