Reach For the Sky and Do it NOW

Why You Have Come Here

If you have arrived here seeking sanctity or blessing, then you will have to provide your own cloak and dagger. I only confess to the daily struggle to treat the world with the respect it has earned in my estimation. We all look to the sky and wonder. I feel the whisper of the ages calling and know not what flutter or ripple calls true. My approach is to touch your life in only the manner in which you prefer. As we all must suffer at some time, then I feel we all deserve, also, the right to laugh. My smile is my weapon, and at times my words also I use to defend.

Beauty in Veggies

Not an exotic tropical flower, but my nasturtiums which I plant all around my tomatoes and beans in the magic garden. They add a wonderful spot of color and are edible on top of that. I put out about 20 more plants today on the sides of my cucumber hills and on the downside of my cherry tomatoes. I weeded my new flower bed and started the process of laying down newspaper , then loading it down with pine bark mulch kindly provided by the ranch foreman, Eddy. The newspaper is necessary to keep the Bermuda grass at bay as it wants to crawl into my beds from the lawn. Eddy does all he can to encourage the Bermuda grass and I'm hacking away at it by day.
